Individual Sessions

Clients (age 18+) can attend through a Mental Health Care Plan provided by their GP, or can attend privately. Mark is also registered to provide psychological services through NDIS, DVA and Workcover.

Face-to-face appointments

Mark offers 50-minute sessions at a cost of $230. Appointments are available on Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am and 7pm at The Perfect Wellness Centre, 148 Arthur Terrace, Red Hill, Qld 4059.

Telehealth

Mark also offer Telehealth sessions for clients (Zoom). Please advise Mark if you feel video sessions would be better suited to your needs.

Payment

Payment will be taken by EFTPOS after each session, which allows for Medicare and private health fund rebates to be processed on the spot.

Medicare Rebate for Individual Counselling

Clients attending sessions who have a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) in place from their GP, will be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $89.65 for up to ten sessions per calendar year.

Private Health Cover

Psychology and Counselling sessions are often redeemable with private health care funds and can be processed using HICAPS after each session. Please note: Clients can only claim a Private health rebate if you are not claiming the Medicare rebate. (Please contact your provider to confirm if you are eligible).

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or postpone the appointment, please let Mark know before the time of the scheduled appointment, otherwise you may be charged for the session.

If a client does not show for an appointment, and they have not given notice, they may be charged the full session fee of $220, payable before the next session.
