Individual Sessions

Individuals (adults and adolescents (12+) and Couples can attend through a Mental Health Care Plan provided by their GP, or can attend privately.

Face-to-face appointments

I offer 50-minute sessions at a cost of $180. Appointments are available on Tuesday and Wednesday between the hours of 8am and 8pm at Perfect Wellness, 148 Arthur Terrace, Red Hill, Qld 4059.

Online/Telehealth

I also offer online video and telephone sessions for clients. Please get in touch with me if you feel online or telephone sessions would be better suited to your needs.

Payment

Payment will be taken by EFTPOS after each session, which allows for Medicare and private health fund rebates to be processed on the spot.

Medicare Rebate for Individual Counselling

Clients attending sessions who have a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) in place from their GP, will be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $87.45 for up to twenty (20) sessions per calendar year.

Private Health Cover

Counselling sessions are often redeemable with private health care funds. Please contact your provider to confirm if you are eligible. This is only applicable if you are not already using the Medicare rebate.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or postpone the appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice, otherwise you may be charged for the session.

If a client does not show for an appointment, and they have not given notice, they may be charged the full session fee of $180, payable before the next session.
