PSYCHOLOGY and COUNSELLING

Creating a safe space to reflect and grow.

“I believe that my clients deserve to enjoy optimum mental health and wellbeing, and to lead positive and engaged lives…

It is a complete privilege to sit with a client and listen to their story,
their own experience of life.

As such, it is important to provide a safe, validating space, without judgement, so that clients can explore and gain insight in to issues that they are experiencing.

Everyone faces challenges in our complex world, and building a strong therapeutic alliance, while using evidence-based treatments can assist clients in finding a way forward to improved mental health, optimal wellbeing, and a more fulfilling life.”
